Now that you mention it, I haven't see many butterflies lately either. Just those inside the now closed butterfly exhibit at the garden but, not many flying on their own. They usually start mid June but no clouds so far.Sharonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07645915869786296771noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5123631695572626256.post-43735190112850123812019-07-01T15:32:55.891+01:002019-07-01T15:32:55.891+01:00haven't seen any butterflies here to speak of ...haven't seen any butterflies here to speak of either. a couple of swallowtails, some skippers, and the lone hairstreak. where are the sulfurs and monarchs and fritillaries and queens? we had a few cooler days end of last week but that's gone now.

no alarm system here but the smoke alarms always seem to go off in the middle of the night when their batteries play out.ellen abbotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00535475792150335186noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5123631695572626256.post-68541919438531913262019-07-01T15:18:53.537+01:002019-07-01T15:18:53.537+01:00It can be confusing when some alarm goes off in th...It can be confusing when some alarm goes off in the middle of the night.
