Apparently the food supply determines for some birds whether they migrate or not. If food is withdrawn abruptly it could mean death for them because they need to eat a lot of the right kind of food (high fat) every day to stay alive in the cold. It's something I hadn't considered when I was feeding the birds here. So I kept it up until the following spring and then stopped. Just a thought.

My early memories have stayed the same all through the years. I can't dredge up any new ones, and the old ones don't change!jenny_ohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15475480579733466963noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5123631695572626256.post-92016191825295349592016-12-02T20:11:12.841+00:002016-12-02T20:11:12.841+00:00I'm with you. I did see a group of models in flowing gowns one time but this takes the prize.
I know what you mean about memories. I have one from when I was very little but, something tells me it's based off of a photo that my parents had more than a real memory. I'm pretty jealous of that one. (The lookouts out here used to award visitors with a membership card in the "Ancient and Honorable Order of Squirrels," and I'm thinking of getting some new ones printed up for my lookout volunteering next summer.)

Hope you continue to enjoy "Eyewitness" ... it won't make my top 10 list, but it's actually quite a bit better than I expected it to be. Surprisingly, I'm finding the relationship between the sheriff and her partner to be more interesting than the one between the two cute teenagers!
