And I don't care if it's purely scientific (i.e., the water) or magical (i.e., brooklyn bagel pixie dust), but PRAISE ALLAH for HOT BAGELS, about a block from the Kings Highway subway station. <br><br>Had my first one in 1988 and never forgot it.
