Here's Where I Am
I'm going to give you a rare, almost wordless post today, with just a series of photos (in increasing order of obviousness) to reveal where we are. Enjoy!
Hope you have a lovely time....we were there about 25 years ago for our Silver Wedding Anniversary. (The Eiffel Tower had lights all over it at night ....for the Millenium.... are they still there?)
It's too early ... I forgot you were going on a little surprise trip ... thanks to Dave! I was surprised to see the Eiffel Tower at the end! I had to read the comments to find out what this was all about! LOL A little slow on the up-take this morning!
Yay it's Paris. I have just been! The metro stations are so iconic, the people so stylish, their macarons so yummy. Their dogs so well groomed. Have a wonderful time. Betty
Until the last Photo, I probably would have given a humorous answer, not on purpose, that was definitely Wrong. May this be healing to your Hearts and Souls after your Loss.
Belle Paris! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteBlackpool?

ReplyDeleteParis! Lovely photos!
ReplyDeleteOh, how lovely to be in Paris! Are there still echos of the Tour finale there?
ReplyDeleteOh fun!!
ReplyDeleteA trip to Paris can help heal your hearts.
ReplyDeleteI've never even flown through France yet but it is on my list someday. I figure that would be a great trip without the kids.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely time in Paris.
ReplyDeleteI saw your post on Facebook so I already knew! Hope you are having a wonderful time.

ReplyDeleteOh my! I turned eighteen in Paris. I thought that was rather fortuitous and might portend a life of exciting travel.
ReplyDeleteI was wrong.

Paris is always a good idea. And from London, it's an easy trip. I hope you have had a croissant or three. Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteIt's been decades since I was there. I hope y'all have a great time!
ReplyDeleteGood for you, have the crowds thinned out yet? Le Tour finished up on Sunday.
ReplyDeleteIs that chair free for the taking? Can you get it home?
ReplyDeleteYay! A favorite city despite the roaches in my soup long ago...Enjoy!
