My posting may get a little sparse over the next week or so - I'm once again getting into an unusually busy time. Of course, I've said that before and then kept right on posting. So who knows.
As I lie in bed I hear a lot of helicopters in the air. Apparently there's been some sort of small explosion in front of the military recruiting station in Times Square, and some of the streets and subways have been shut down. Drama!(Photo: Brooklyn, Feb. 2008)

There's always something going on in NYC!
Thinking about you during your busy time.
Take care. I will look forward to hearing from you when you have time to post.
sail on through the busy-ness!
the contrast between the quiet colors and shapes of the pic and the dramatic sounds in the background make for a lovely visit in your world, Steve.
Good luck with the workload.
Fabulous weather today--plenty o sunshine and happy feet.
That photo screams BROOKLYN! Cool.
