Mobile!

I'm sitting in Starbucks in SoHo, experimenting with blogging on my iPhone. I'm mainly doing it because a creepy guy is sitting next to me, trying to engage me in conversation. It pays to look busy, even if it's not very Zen!

Typing on an iPhone is not the smoothest process in the world, especially for those of us with big fingertips!

I'm in New York today to finish up some final paperwork with my erstwhile employer. I came in on the bus early this morning, went straight to my apartment and packed up a few things I want with me in East Brunswick. (I've found, not surprisingly, that I really don't miss the vast majority of my stuff, though!) Then I went to my office for what I hope will be the last time, and bought myself a mug at Starbucks to celebrate! (Using a handy gift card!)

Now, despite the cold temperatures, I'm going to go do some photography before heading back to New Jersey this afternoon!

(Photo: My new mug, taken with my iPhone just now!)

I haven't been willing to bite that bullet and learn to type well enough on my iPhone to do an entire Blog post. Bravo to you for your dexterity. They are pretty amazing though. And the photo quality is actually quite good. It's always tempting on a car trip to use my phone to post something. Maybe I'll work on that in 2010! Love your new mug. And I love the fact that you have so little attachment to your things. I need to work on that one too.

Good luck! I haven't visited your blog since you shut it down a while back. I hope your move proves invigorating.

Lovely mug. I'm not a big Starbucks fan so admiring the mug is a really big step for me. I knew there had to be a perfectly good reason for having an iPhone (LOL)

All the best to you and Dave for 2010.

All's well that ends well, friend. Nice pic, btw.

Maybe at some point I'll be flush enough for an iphone. Right now I'm afraid of having a phone that's smarter than I am.

Stay warm!

Well done, ye big fingertipped man. I have tried on occasion to read blogs and leave comments via my blackberry but it kills the battery. Still, it is a good use of time when traveling back and forth to NYC everyday.

You know Mr. that East Brunswick is not too awfully far from Trenton. We should all meet up at some point for a very Zen dinner (and drinks).
